Hello EcoSA Friends,

Join us for the March EcoSA Study Tour, on Friday, March 21 from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. at the University of Incarnate Word.

The tour will include discussions about:
1). Campus Food Waste Reduction Efforts -  through vermicomposting and use in the campus garden.   (Dr. Ben Miele, Christiana Rodgers)
2). Restoration of the UIW Greenhouse  - a grant funded project (Dr. Ben Miele)
3). The Headwaters at Incarnate Word -  (Pamela Ball, Exec. Dir.)  preserving a beautiful and historic nature sanctuary and primary source spring of the San Antonio River.
4). Solar House Tour -  (Daniel Potter, Sustainability Operations Manager, UIW. LEED Green Associate)

Attached is the tour flyer and registration QR code or link.  Please register by Thursday 3:00 p.m. We will meet first at the Student Engagement Center.  Please arrive by 9:50 a.m.  Register your vehicle on-line at uiw.t2hosted.com    Parking on the campus is free.
