Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Guide the architectural design of robust, scalable backend systems.
- Code Quality & Reviews: Enforce coding standards and best practices and conduct thorough peer code reviews.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical unblocking, coaching, and career guidance to junior developers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to ship features.
- Production Support: Help troubleshoot critical application issues and optimize system performance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Languages: Advanced proficiency in Core Java, Java EE, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Frameworks: Extensive hands-on experience with the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and hibernate.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Familiarity with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases.
