Role :  AI Lead Engineer  

Location: Tampa FL Onsite

Duration: 6 months

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, development, and deployment of Agentic AI and AI/ML solutions.
• Design and implement autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating vector databases and LLMs.
• Develop AI applications and APIs using Python and modern AI orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM platforms into enterprise applications.
• Design prompt engineering strategies and AI workflow orchestration solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, DevOps, and Engineering teams to deliver AI-driven capabilities.
• Optimize AI model performance, scalability, observability, and response quality.
• Lead code reviews, mentor engineering teams, and establish AI development best practices.
• Implement AI security, governance, and responsible AI standards.
• Support production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements.
• Stay updated with emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and Agentic AI trends
