Job Description :
- Database Installation & Configuration: Installing and upgrading Oracle software, creating new databases, and setting up server hardware/virtual machines.
- Backup & Recovery (High Availability): Developing and implementing comprehensive backup strategies using RMAN (Recovery Manager) to ensure zero data loss.
- Managing disaster recovery scenarios using tools like Data Guard.
- Performance Tuning & Optimization: Monitoring database performance and tuning SQL queries, memory allocation (SGA/PGA), and I/O to improve efficiency.
- Security & User Management: Managing user accounts, permissions, and database roles. Implementing data encryption, auditing, and compliance standards.
