Position :Workday HCM core Functional
Remote With 25% travel
Goal:
Establish a “tier 2” team to provide additional build capacity for Workday functional needs. Resources would be able to manage lower - complexity builds with minimal oversight in specific domains. Additionally, they will require only light training on Workday tooling beyond what is specific to the Client environment.
Skillset Definition
General Preferred Qualifications
Workday PRO certification in relevant tracks
Working understanding of integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors, Public APIs)
HCM Requirements
Understanding of foundational HCM principles including Business Processes, Reporting, Calculated Fields, Security, & Notifications
Demonstrated knowledge of Workday Docs, letter templates, Questionnaire, Survey, Reference Letters and custom alerts
Advanced hand-on process with Onboarding, Change Job, and Termination business processes
Ability to create Calculated Fields and Custom reports
Strong Understanding of building, maintaining and interpreting Security Group Permissions.
Be able to provide recommendations to Tier 1 Team to fix incorrect transactions
