Role: Senior Technical Business Analyst

· Looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join the Back Office and Settlement development group within the firm's Merchant Solutions business.
· This role is an experienced IT professional with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· The ideal candidate is a technical business analyst or software requirements engineer with experience in large software project requirements definition and execution and who has driven the requirements process with multiple constituent groups (client, business, and multiple development teams) to create a requirements package for software development and implementation.
· They are highly collaborative and can bring predictability and success to IT projects by designing and employing repeatable and supportable processes for requirements gathering, facilitation, and documentation.
What does a great Sr. Requirements Engineer do?
Requirement Assessment and Definition:
· Perform analysis of business needs and gap analysis. Knowledge of business operations and functions, the Payment Acquiring Services business model, and the Settlement Services function are critical for this role.
