Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workforce Consultant with experience in ADP and Workforce Software (WFS) solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and implementing workforce management systems, supporting client requirements, and ensuring successful delivery of time, scheduling, and integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Configure Workforce Software (WFS) Suite including Time, Scheduling, and Integrations based on business requirements
Work closely with clients to gather, validate, and refine requirements through meetings and workshops
Customize system configurations using JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
Ensure proper setup of system components, naming conventions, and configuration sequences
Develop and maintain complex formulas and business logic within the system
Troubleshoot configuration and administrative issues and provide effective solutions
Perform unit testing and system testing to ensure configurations meet requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation with project scope and timelines
Communicate risks, issues, and roadblocks proactively
Generate reports and support reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Actuate
Required Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in software implementation or consulting roles
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
Experience with ADP Workforce solutions or Workforce Software (WFS)
Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and Scheduling system
Experience working with reporting tools like Crystal Reports, Cognos, or Actuate
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in workforce management implementations
Exposure to integrations and data handling in enterprise systems
Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment
