Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery Analyst – Key Responsibilities

• Develop DR strategies for new product releases ensuring compliance.
• Collaborate with IT, Engineering, and Product teams to define resilience requirements.
• Embed resiliency into digital transformation, cloud migration, and automation initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate DR exercises, simulations, and training across teams.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Support product certification audits (SOC2, ISO 27001) and DR architecture.
• Conduct BIAs and TIAs; provide dedicated support for resiliency tools.
• Track metrics, report improvements, and stay current on BC/DR standards.
