Role : Salesforce Program Manager

 Location :  Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 3-4 days from office)

 Job Description:

 Key Responsibilities

• Own overall program governance across Salesforce remediation, technical debt reduction, and enterprise integrations
• Act as single point of accountability towards Abbott executive stakeholders and internal leadership
• Drive multi‑vendor coordination (Salesforce partners, system integrators, platform teams)
• Establish and run SteerCo, Program Reviews, and Executive Status Cadence
• Manage cross‑workstream dependencies (Salesforce clouds, middleware, downstream systems)
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery, compliance, and execution risks
• Own program financials, forecasting, resourcing, and utilisation
• Ensure adherence to regulated enterprise delivery standards (audit readiness, documentation discipline)
• Oversee change management, release governance, and phased rollout strategy

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong experience managing large‑scale Salesforce programmes (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Integrations)
• Proven expertise in enterprise tech remediation / modernisation programmes
• Strong understanding of integration‑heavy landscapes (MuleSoft, APIs, ERP, downstream platforms)
• Experience working with pharma / life sciences clients is a strong plus
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills

Deep experience with Agile at scale, hybrid delivery, and governance frameworks
