Role: BPM Platform Lead/Architect

Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
· Own the engineering, scaling, and reliability of our Kogito platform or experience with any other BPM tools.
· Partner with the Lead Director to architect, implement, and continuously improve tooling governance and platform strategy
· Develop and roll out platform engineering best practices, standards, and documentation
· Demonstrate strong leadership, influencing engineering culture and mentoring peers
· Serve as the primary liaison between engineering, SRE, and governance stakeholders
· Communicate complex technical concepts with clarity to both technical and nontechnical audiences
· Drive the implementation of proven governance frameworks, drawing on prior experience
· Proactively identify opportunities for automation, operational excellence, and platform growth
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years’ hands on experience in platform engineering, SRE, and software development
· Deep expertise with the Kogito platform in realworld production environments
· Demonstrated success designing and implementing tooling governance frameworks
· Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Track record of influencing and collaborating across teams
