Sr Salesforce CRM Functional Consultant
Location: Plano, TX.
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Case Management, Lead/Opportunity Management, and Email-to-Case.
Strong business process knowledge across Sales and Customer Support domains.
Salesforce Admin and/or Consultant certifications preferred.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business and functional requirements.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud features.
Translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and solution documentation.
Configure Salesforce to align with client requirements (declarative, no-code).
Work with developers on any custom components and validate technical deliverables
