Job Title: Core Network Engineer (Telecom domain)
Experience: 10 yrs
Location: Redmond, WA (onsite)

H1b with PPN preferred.

JD:

·       10+ years of Strong Networking experience; superior knowledge and hands-on experience of IP Design, Infra, LAN (wired & wireless), WAN, and Firewall environments; understanding of all OSI Layers from application to physical. (VPN (GRE, IPSec/SSL VPNs), Multicast (PIM-SM, MSDP, IGMP)

·       At least 10 years experience in design and deployment of Data Center networks.

·       At least 3 years recent experience working on SDN/NFV technologies

·       Plan & Design network connections and prepare test plans to do extensive testing of the network architecture

·       Ideal if has knowledge on deployment, configuration and usage of AWS services

·       Strong linux and atleast basic scripting knowledge

·       IP design and Fabric deployment implementation

·       Overlay Network experience - VXLAN , GRE, MPLS, SRv4,SRv6, EVPN,BGP

·       Network troubleshooting

·       Ideal if candidate has CCNP and knowledge on Nokia networks

·       Expert level hands on experience with technologies like MPLS, L2,VPLS, EVPN and should have extensive configuration, design and operations/troubleshooting experience.

·       Expert level of familiarity in implementing and troubleshooting dynamic routing protocols:, OSPF, BGP, and MPLS, ISIS

·       Expert level of familiarity with IPv4 and IPv6 and understanding of MPLS networks and Layer3 VPNs

·       Strong network knowledge, troubleshooting and problem-solving capability.

·       Must be ready to do hands-on( plug/connect) work in lab
