Client is seeking a Senior System Engineer resource to provide design, engineering, technical, implementation support, process design, and service design package documentation for the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX). 

Job Responsibilities:
• Enhanced call routing & call center agent/supervisor functional requirements that require a skilled technical engineering resource
• This resource will provide Level 2 and 3 technical support training and knowledge transfer to the Telephony Services staff
• This resource will provide engineering and technical support for the Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC)
