Our Fortune 500 client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work on their project based out of Austin, TX / Onsite.

 

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Location: Austin, TX / Onsite

Duration: 6 Months 

     

Job Description: 

12 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Min 5 years of experience, served as a liaison between the Business community and Customer IT Teams (i.e., Architecture, Project Delivery, Application Sustain, etc.). Strong experience as a Data Analyst in analyzing raw data, and as a Business Analyst in requirements gathering, understanding technology, and any project management experience with PMP are a huge plus.

•           Meet with stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and surveys to discover business needs.

•           Documenting specifications: Translate abstract ideas into structured Business Requirement Documents (BRD and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).

•           Process Mapping: Create use cases to visually map current vs future state.

•           Scope Management: Negotiate requirement trade-offs and manage expectations regarding project timelines and costs.

•           Participate in testing phase: create test cases, and ensure the final product meets original requirement.

•           Stakeholder communication: Serve as the central point of contact between users, technical teams and stakeholders.

·        This role is needed till the end of the project to ensure the solution is implemented to the stakeholder's satisfaction.

Required Experience: 

•        12 years Required Their core objective is to analyze current legacy system identify any inefficiencies, and translate business needs into actionable, technical solutions that improve and meets program goal.

•           12 years Required Work with the program/project teams to document the requirements and UAT.

•           12 years Preferred Translate abstract ideas to business requirements in a structured way.
