About the Role:

 

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst / Business Analyst with a strong background in financial operations to join a transformation project within a legacy finance environment. This is a client-facing role focused on analysing current workflows, identifying issues across business and technical processes, and acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.

 

This role is ideal for someone with 8–12 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for driving process improvement in back-office operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

            •          Understand and document business problems in finance operations

            •          Analyze workflows, system integrations, and process inefficiencies

            •          Liaise between business and technical teams to ensure accurate solution delivery

            •          Contribute to transformation efforts around:

            •          Month-end closing

            •          File transfers and system integrations

            •          Accounting operations

            •          FENA and other financial reporting processes

 

Qualifications:

 

            •          Bachelor’s degree required; MS or MBA preferred

            •          Strong technical knowledge of SQL, Excel, BI/Reporting Tools

            •          Background in financial systems and operations

            •          8–12 years of total experience in a relevant domain

            •          Excellent documentation and communication skills

 

Nice to Have:

 

            •          Recent professional MBA graduates

            •          Experience working with backend workflows or ETL tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory)
