Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field |

8+ years of experience in UX/design |
||
|
|
|
|
|
Industry Experience |
|
|
|
Experience designing for the healthcare industry is highly desired |
||
|
Proven experience working in enterprise and complex environments |
||
|
|
|
|
|
Technical Expertise |
|
|
|
Strong understanding of Agile and Lean UX methodologies |
||
|
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, OmniGraffle) |
||
|
Ability to create concepts using sketching, brainstorming, and other generative techniques |
||
|
Experience with interactive and time-based prototyping tools (e.g., Hype, Keynote) |
||
|
Strong visual communication and storytelling skills |
||
|
|
