Role: Python Backend Engineer

Location: Palo Alto, CA (Hybrid) Locals or Nearby only

Key Skills:

·       6-10 years backend/infrastructure engineering

·       Strong coding in Python / Go

·       Deep Kubernetes (clusters, networking, operators)

·       Distributed systems & cloud-native design

·       AWS / GCP (compute, storage, IAM, networking)

·       CI/CD, Terraform (IaC)

·       Experience with AI integrations / agent frameworks (nice to have)

 

Responsibilities:

·       Build & scale backend/platform infrastructure

·       Design distributed & cloud-native services

·       Own Kubernetes platform end-to-end

·       Drive code quality, automation & CI/CD

·       Collaborate with Product, AI & Security teams

 

Nice to Have:

·       Observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog)

·       Multi-cloud / hybrid infra

·       API/AI gateways, policy frameworks
