Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Power Automate (Cloud) Developer with strong foundational knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) principles. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with enterprise IAM/PAM platforms—such as Microsoft Entra, CyberArk, SailPoint, ServiceNow, and Active Directory—and will apply that expertise to design and build scalable automations that streamline support processes and reduce operational load for a large enterprise environment.
This role focuses on alerting automation, workflow optimization, and process orchestration for Tier 1 support teams, with a goal of improving speed, accuracy, and reliability across identity operations.
Key Responsibilities
Power Automate Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Power Automate (Cloud) flows to support IAM/PAM processes.
- Build integrations with tools such as Entra ID, SailPoint, ServiceNow, CyberArk, and AD.
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, and monitoring for automated workflows.
- Optimize existing automations for performance, maintainability, and scalability.
Identity & Access Automation
- Translate IAM/PAM operational workflows into automated processes.
- Develop automations for:
- Access provisioning & deprovisioning
- Privileged access requests & approvals
- Password rotation and vaulting workflows
- User lifecycle events and identity governance tasks
- Build event‑driven automations triggered by logs, alerts, and ServiceNow tickets.
Tier 1 Support Optimization
- Automate recurring Tier 1 IAM tasks to reduce manual effort and improve SLAs.
- Create alerting and response workflows to speed up incident handling.
- Implement decision‑tree logic and rule‑based automation for standard support activities.
- Work closely with analysts to map manual processes into digital workflows.
Collaboration & Governance
- Work with IAM engineers, security teams, and service owners to gather requirements.
- Ensure automations comply with enterprise security, audit, and governance standards.
- Contribute to documentation, runbooks, change control, and knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Power Automate (Cloud) development.
- Strong understanding of IAM & PAM fundamentals, including:
- Access control models
- Role‑based access (RBAC)
- Privileged account lifecycle
- Identity governance processes
- Experience with at least two of the following:
- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- ServiceNow
- SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
- CyberArk (PAM/EPM/PVWA)
- Active Directory / Group Policy
- Familiarity with REST APIs, Graph API, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to simplify complex manual workflows.
- Excellent communication skills working with cross‑functional engineering and support teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience automating IAM workflows in a large enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, PowerShell, or C#.
- Understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow catalog/ticket automation.
- Background in cybersecurity, IT operations, or identity engineering.
