Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cisco Webex Contact Center (CCE) professional with strong expertise in Cisco collaboration platforms and voice technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade contact center solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and support Cisco Webex Contact Center (WXCC) solutions
- Configure and manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments (SME level preferred)
- Implement and troubleshoot SIP trunking between enterprise systems and service providers
- Work with AudioCodes SBCs (Session Border Controllers) for voice routing and security
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and ongoing maintenance
Required Skills:
- 10+ Years of experience is MUST
- Strong experience with Cisco Collaboration platforms
- Hands-on expertise in Webex Contact Center (WXCC)
- Understanding of SIP protocols and call flows
- Experience with CUCM
- Knowledge of AudioCodes SBC configuration and troubleshooting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cisco certifications (CCNP Collaboration or higher)
- Experience with cloud-based contact center solutions
- Familiarity with APIs and integrations
