Job Summary:
We are looking for a strong Level 3 Production Support Engineer to ensure the uptime, reliability, and stability of our business-critical retail ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on Java development skills with experience in retail logistics/warehouse workflows to lead technical incident responses and drive root-cause analysis (RCA).
Top Mandatory Skills:
  • L3 Production Support: 5+ years of experience leading incident bridges, handling technical triage, performing RCA, and managing 24x7 escalation workflows.
  • Java Development: Hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST/SOAP APIs for debugging and troubleshooting.
  • WMS Experience: Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (preferably Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, or HighJump) and core warehouse operations (Inventory, Order Processing, Shipping).
  • Database & Monitoring: Proficiency in writing SQL queries and application performance monitoring using tools like New Relic, AWS CloudWatch, or Nagios.
Nice-to-Have (Big Plus):
  • Technical knowledge of FDM4 ERP.
  • Experience with Progress OpenEdge ABL/4GL and Progress Database.
  • Prior experience managing retail peak seasons or holiday readiness execution.
