Role:Senior .Net Azure Developer
Location:Jersey City, NJ - Hybrid                                                                   Duration:Contract

Job Summary:

Technical Skills Primary

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a .NET developer (ASP.NET Core REST APIs)
• Strong experience with Azure cloud services and distributed system design
• Practical experience using GitHub Copilot for development acceleration
• Solid understanding of relational databases SQL Server and NoSQL Cosmos DB
• Strong grasp of object-oriented design patterns DDD clean architecture microservices xUnit NUnit MSTest
• Experience writing unit tests integration tests and using testing frameworks

Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY

• Application Development Architect
• Design develop and maintain high performance applications using .NET 6/7 ASP.NET Core C# and related frameworks
• Implement cloud-native applications using Azure App Service Azure Functions
• Optimize application performance scalability and security following best practices
• GitHub Copilot or similar Developer Productivity tools
• Experience with frontend web technologies React Angular or Vue
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure scalable solutions
• Modern code standards practices such as pair programming with AI
• Build reusable components and AI tools
• Azure OpenAI Cognitive Services integration
• Azure API Gateway integration
• Implement event-driven architectures using Azure Event Grid Service Bus
• Azure Cosmos DB Azure SQL
• Azure security compliance AI pipelines using Azure AI Studio and responsible AI guidelines
• Implement vector search semantic search architectures and intelligent assistants within applications

Soft Skills:

• This is an onsite role must have strong written and oral communication skills
• Insurance Domain Knowledge
• Ability to work with client stakeholders
• Requirement revisions work effort estimation
