Job Title: Senior Consultant – OneStream & Oracle Hyperion Planning

Location: Remote

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant with strong expertise in OneStream and Oracle Hyperion Planning to support enterprise financial planning, consolidation, reporting, and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional and technical knowledge of EPM solutions and have experience working directly with business stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.

Mandatory Certifications

• Active OneStream Core Platform Architect Certification
• Active Oracle Hyperion Planning 11 Specialist Certification

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions
• Strong hands-on experience with OneStream XF Platform
• Expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning 11
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts
• Experience in solution architecture, implementation, and support
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong experience with:
  • Business Rules
  • Workflow Configuration
  • Dashboard & Reporting
  • Data Integration
  • Financial Cube Design
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement OneStream and Hyperion Planning solutions
• Collaborate with finance and business teams to understand requirements
• Lead architecture discussions and recommend best practices
• Perform system configuration, customization, and optimization
• Develop financial reports, dashboards, and planning models
• Support data integrations and automation processes
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support
• Conduct testing, documentation, and end-user training
• Participate in client meetings and provide strategic consulting support

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud-based EPM transformations
• Knowledge of SQL, ETL tools, and financial data integrations
• Prior consulting/client-facing experience preferred
• CPA or Finance background is a plus
