ServiceNow Architect

Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY – (Onsite)

·       10+ years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform

·       At least 5+ years of experience as Architect

·       Proven track record in independently managing end-to-end ServiceNow implementations for at least two application suites (ITSM / ITOM / HRSD / IRM / SecOps etc.)

·       Proven track record as a platform owner / lead for mid/large ServiceNow deployments for global organizations

·       Minimum 5 years of experience in supporting ServiceNow sales; with hands on experience in with solution design, pricing, effort estimation, solution defense and drafting Statement of work.

·       Strong understanding of ServiceNow versions, features and licensing models.

·       Must have good communication and articulation skills with experience interacting with C-Suite stakeholders

·       Experienced working in an onsite – offshore model; managing offshore teams remotely.

·       Must have experience in independently driving discovery, design and ‘art of possible’ workshops with customers and can identify and map business requirements against platform capabilities.

Role : Saviynt IAM Engineer

Location : San Francisco, Chicago, Scottsdale, NYC (Onsite)

Saviynt IAM Staff Augmentation – Senior Identity & Access Management Engineer

 

Core Capabilities

Saviynt IGA Delivery & Engineering

·       End-to-end implementation and support of Saviynt EIC/EICaaS solutions

·       Design and configuration of access request workflows, certifications (attestations), and role models

·       Development and customization of connectors, rules, and identity lifecycle processes

·       Hands-on experience with entitlements, roles, account ownership models, and segregation of duties (SoD)

Experience Profile

  • 5+ years in Identity & Access Management engineering
  • 3+ years hands-on with IGA platforms (Saviynt strongly preferred)
  • Deep expertise in identity governance concepts: certifications, roles, entitlements, and access controls

Role: Network Deployment Engineer - Hybrid Networking Support (Connectivity, Segmentation & Isolation)

Location: San Jose CA (100% Onsite)

 

Role Summary

The Hybrid Networking Support Lead is responsible for operational ownership, support readiness, and day‑to‑day stability of hybrid network connectivity spanning on‑premises infrastructure and cloud environments (Cloud GPU, Cloud CPU, and On‑Prem). This role ensures secure connectivity, effective segmentation, reliable data transfer performance, and rapid incident resolution across hybrid environments.

 

Key Responsibilities

Hybrid Connectivity Operations

  • Support and maintain hybrid network connectivity between on‑premises infrastructure and cloud environments.
  • Operate and monitor VPC networking, IPSec tunnels, and transitional connectivity solutions during backbone rollout.
  • Coordinate operational readiness and cutover support for the dedicated high‑bandwidth backbone link (100 Gbps)

Segmentation, Isolation & Security Operations

  • Enforce and manage network segmentation across environments to isolate workloads and administrative traffic.
  • Operate security groups, firewall rules, and inbound/outbound access policies as per approved designs.
  • Ensure least‑privilege access and clear separation of user, service, and administrative paths

DNS, IP Addressing & Network Hygiene

  • Support DNS configurations and IP address management (IPAM) across hybrid environments.
  • Assist in conflict resolution, routing issues, and name resolution failures impacting workloads.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network ranges, zones, and dependencies

Performance Monitoring & Validation

  • Monitor and validate bandwidth, latency, and packet integrity relevant to data transfer and training workloads.
  • Support troubleshooting of network performance issues impacting GPU/CPU compute workloads.
  • Work with architecture teams to validate assumptions and escalate capacity or design gaps.

Incident Management & Support Readiness

  • Act as the first-level technical lead during network incidents and outages.
  • Coordinate issue triage, escalation, and resolution across cloud, network, and on‑prem teams.
  • Maintain and execute operational runbooks for common incidents, maintenance, and recovery scenarios.

 

 

Role: GPU Infrastructure Architect - GPU Cluster Stand-up, Configuration & Operations (AMD MI350)

Location: San Jose CA (100% Onsite)

 

Role Summary

The GPU Cluster Architect is responsible for designing, provisioning, and operating AMD MI350–based GPU clusters on a cloud platform. The role ensures scalable, secure, and reproducible GPU infrastructure to support distributed training and high-performance workloads.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design end-to-end GPU cluster architecture covering compute, networking, storage, and control services.
  • Provision and operationalize up to 9 AMD MI350 GPU clusters based on confirmed cloud SKU availability.
  • Configure GPU compute nodes including base OS images, GPU drivers, runtime libraries, and distributed training dependencies.
  • Implement automation for node imaging, bootstrapping, lifecycle management, patching, and upgrades.
  • Standardize environments using reproducible builds and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
  • Enable workload portability through containerized environments and documented deployment patterns.
  • Implement OS baseline hardening, restricted administrative access, and secure cluster access controls.
  • Establish monitoring, logging, and operational runbooks to ensure reliability and performance.
