We are looking for a
highly experienced UI Automation Lead with strong expertise across UI Automation, API Testing, Python scripting, AWS cloud services, and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will not only be technically strong but also possess
proven leadership capabilities to manage, mentor, and guide a cross-functional QA team working across UI, ETL, and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities
-
Design, develop, and maintain
scalable UI automation frameworks
-
Hands-on expertise with tools like
Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar
-
Automate regression, functional, and integration test cases
-
Improve automation coverage and reduce manual testing efforts
API Testing
-
Develop and execute
API test automation frameworks
-
Work with tools such as
Postman, RestAssured, PyTest, or similar
-
Validate RESTful services for
functionality, reliability, and performance
-
Integrate API tests into
CI/CD pipelines
Python Development
-
Write efficient and reusable
Python scripts for test automation and ETL validation
-
Develop utilities and frameworks for
test data setup and validation
-
Contribute to custom automation frameworks
AWS & Cloud Testing
-
Work with AWS services like
S3, Lambda, RDS, EC2, Glue, Step Functions, etc.

Validate cloud-based workflows and data processing pipelines
-
Understand cloud architecture and ensure test coverage for distributed systems
ETL Testing
-
Validate
data pipelines, transformations, and data integrity
-
Strong experience in
SQL queries and database validation
-
Work with ETL tools such as
Informatica, Talend, AWS Glue, or similar
-
Perform
data reconciliation and end-to-end validation
Required Skills & Qualifications

9+ years of experience in
QA Automation & Testing

Strong expertise in:

UI Automation (Selenium/Cypress/Playwright)

Python programming

ETL/Data Testing

AWS cloud services

Hands-on experience in
CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)

Strong understanding of
