Job Title: Gen AI Developer

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Job Description

We are looking for a strong Gen AI Developer with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications using modern Generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong development experience in Python along with expertise in LLMs, RAG architectures, and Agentic AI frameworks.

Required Skills

• Strong programming experience in Python
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI / LLMs
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) based applications
• Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and autonomous AI workflows
• Good understanding of AI solution design and architecture
• Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimization
• Exposure to vector databases and embeddings
• Familiarity with REST APIs and microservices architecture
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Gen AI solutions using LLMs and AI frameworks
• Build scalable RAG pipelines for enterprise AI applications
• Design and develop AI agents and workflow automation solutions
• Integrate AI models with internal and external data sources
• Collaborate with architects, business teams, and stakeholders to design AI-driven solutions
• Optimize prompts, model performance, and response accuracy
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
• Work on production-grade AI applications with scalability and security best practices

Preferred Skills

• Experience with OpenAI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
• Knowledge of vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or ChromaDB
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment
