Need help! Looking for a fresher job opportunity for my brother

Hey,

I am looking for a fresher job for my brother Kartik. He passed electronics and telecommunication engineering in Aug 2016. He doesn't like to code but his professors and lecturers mentioned that he is a good fit for QA software testing, System Admin or UI development roles.But because it will be his first job and he will not have a choice he is ready to take up any kind of role.

He doesn't have good academics but has fantastic practical knowledge in the field of his study. I see he is working hard to make up for the poor academics he had in his past. He also gave GRE in Dec 2016 and scored good marks. 

We would really be thankful if you could share my brother's resume where ever possible. 

Also, I am planning to join him in some skill based course in Hyderabad (if he doesnt get any job offers) which may help him get a job, like selenium/python/javascript course for QA roles. I would really appreciate if you can help me with a list of the latest tools/technologies/consultancies in India that is helping freshers with low academics get a decent job in IT industry.
