Hi all,
Our Sahyatri trek is finalized for 15-16th Sept weekend.
I am working on one pager. Need some quick help: some points below are FYI and for some I would appreciate quick feedback. Need to finalize it today.
See attached draft for the one pager. I am aware that photos are not updated, I am working on it.
1. Changed the fonts and formats a little bit, you may not notice the change.
2. Trek is with Public transport.
3. Trek will start at 6am from Swargate. Asking all participants to assemble at 5.45am latest.
4. Trek cost is finalized as 350 INR (Accounting sheet rules, 150 INR as ST transport + overheads + pilot)
5. Trek day is finalized as 15th September – Saturday à do we need to change it to Sunday? In that case we need to check availability.
6. Dhruva, Parag, Sid are trek contacts. While posting to infy BB, Shashank to add his name only
7. Evening tea is removed as possible there wont be any tea junction available when we descend start back.
8. As per current availability
a. Pilot: Dhruva + Sid à 8th Sept (If there is more availability we can plan for 2 different pilots otherwise this is the only plan as of now)
b. Main trek: Dhruva + Parag à 15th Sept (If there is still more availability, lets check Pour in the available dates for all)

Updated with Photos, some more changes.
Hopefully its final. Lets take a call tomorrow when all are in office, if everything is ok and I am not receiving further changes, then it can be shared.

I agree, but if we keep departure at 6.30 then people will be there till 7am. Anticipating all delays, lets keep it 6am.

Ok, have we checked ST timings.. how frequent they run? What are chances of getting seats at 6, 6:30, 7 etc….
We should aim that we start climbing at 9 at least.

I forgot 1 thing. The fares I mentioned are Satara fares. However, we need to get down @ Pachwad. The fares may be about 75% of Satara. So, say about INR 70 for ordinary and INR 90 for Semi Luxury.

Our Sahyatri trek is finalized for 15-16th Sept weekend.
I am working on one pager. Need some quick help: some points below are FYI and for some I would appreciate quick feedback. Need to finalize it today.
See attached draft for the one pager. I am aware that photos are not updated, I am working on it.
1. Changed the fonts and formats a little bit, you may not notice the change.
2. Trek is with Public transport.
3. Trek will start at 6am from Swargate. Asking all participants to assemble at 5.45am latest.
4. Trek cost is finalized as 350 INR (Accounting sheet rules, 150 INR as ST transport + overheads + pilot)
6. Dhruva, Parag, Sid are trek contacts. While posting to infy BB, Shashank to add his name only
7. Evening tea is removed as possible there wont be any tea junction available when we descend start back.
8. As per current availability
b. Main trek: Dhruva + Parag --> 15th Sept (If there is still more availability, lets check Pour in the available dates for all)

I am working on one pager. Need some quick help: some points below are FYI and for some I would appreciate quick feedback. Need to finalize it today.
See attached draft for the one pager. I am aware that photos are not updated, I am working on it.
1. Changed the fonts and formats a little bit, you may not notice the change.
2. Trek is with Public transport.
3. Trek will start at 6am from Swargate. Asking all participants to assemble at 5.45am latest.
4. Trek cost is finalized as 350 INR (Accounting sheet rules, 150 INR as ST transport + overheads + pilot)
5. Trek day is finalized as 15th September – Saturday --> do we need to change it to Sunday? In that case we need to check availability.
6. Dhruva, Parag, Sid are trek contacts. While posting to infy BB, Shashank to add his name only
7. Evening tea is removed as possible there wont be any tea junction available when we descend start back.
8. As per current availability
a. Pilot: Dhruva + Sid --> 8th Sept (If there is more availability we can plan for 2 different pilots otherwise this is the only plan as of now)

Yes, but get in touch with Sagar once. On infy BB we don’t usually put the ad as is. We have to put the text and there contact number should be yours not our.
Later you should get in touch with me/Parag (main trek co-ordinators for this trek) for availability and other issues if you get any calls.

It seems that I am not receiving all emails from group.
In below email chain the one from Sagar I didn’t receive. However your reply just beneath Sagar’s email I have received.
This behavior I have observed in past posts also .

Probably Infy ID to group and back to Infy ID mails are not reaching the destination. Unfortunately I or google groups do not have any control over this L
Sagar has also faced email issues in past from groups, but no workaround which I know.
You can add your personal email ID and forward from gmail to your office ID.
