A Special General Body Meeting of the Sahyadri Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. will be held on Sunday April 27, 2014 at 03.30 PM at Society Premises, Village Ashte, Taluka Panvel, District Raigad, Maharahstra, with the following agenda:

(a)	To update Members about the completed, ongoing and proposed development work for the Society
(b)	To discuss and decide on the ongoing Boundary Wall construction work for the Society land
(c)	To discuss and approve the following Infrastructure development work – Storm Water Drainage, Main Gate with Security Cabin for the larger plot, Internal Road, Open Well, Bore Well and Society Room.
(d)	To raise additional funds for development work on Society land
(e)	To discuss the recovery of dues from Members
(f)	To discuss and approve use of and construction in individual plots
(g)	To discuss and decide on sale of individual plots by members
(h)	To discuss and decide on development of and construction in common plot and Plot 100/4b
(I)	To discuss and decide on increasing height of individual plot compound wall
(j)	To discuss on plantation at Society land
(k)	To Discuss on development work in two smaller plots of thee Society
(l)	To discuss on finding and engaging a residential care taker for the Society

1. If the quorum is not met, the meeting will be adjourned for 30 minutes and the same meeting will be held at the same venue after 30 minutes with same agenda and no further notice will be issued for reconvened meeting.

Only Only seven members including 3 from Wathodkar family, besides Mr Pradhan, Mr. Joshi, Mr GG Wankhede and Mr Dusane have confirmed attending the Meeting on April 27, 2014.  Mr.Sudarshan and Mr. Shiroor may also come, not sure.

Others, pl  confirm if you are planning to attend the meeting. We need to make arrangement for the same in order to avoid inconvenience.

Members with dues, may bring their payments. If you wish immediate acknowledgement, pl bring a photocopy of your cheque.

members are also requested to inform others about the meeting with a request to confirm by email, SMS or whats App. Whoever has whats App facility, have also received intimation there.
