In view of ongoing COVID 19 in Mumbai & around, we hope & pray to god that you & your family members are keeping healthy. 

 

Kindly be advised as follows:

1)      PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOW WORKING FROM HOME, DUE TO COVID 19 PANADEMIC AND PREVAILING LOCKDOWN IN MUMBAI / NAVI MUMBAI / PANVEL  / ASHTE AREA.

IN VIEW OF THE ABOVE, WE ARE RESPONDING TO MEMBER’S QUERY ONLY ON E-MAIL. FURTHERMORE WE SHALL BE AVOIDING USE OF SPEED POST / COURIER FACILITIES, TILL CONDITION IS RESTORED BACK TO NORMAL & LOCKDOWN IS OVER IN MUMBAI & AROUND.

2)    Please note that the hard copies of your maintenance bills are with Dr. Wankhede. Please remind him about the same, once lockdown is over.

3)      Well noted that you have made payment of Rs. 2/- on 28^th April 2021, towards your outstanding dues to the society (Reference Maintenance bill 2020 ~ 21).

Attached please find e-transfer details as received from the bank & sent by you to us for society office records.

 

As we are unable to go to the bank for updating the passbook, thus we are not getting an exact idea regarding receipt of current payments from the members. Please note that the last passbook update was done on 14th April 2021 & then lockdown in Mumbai started.

4)      Please note that we have updated your address in the society’s record, which is as follows:    Plot No 21, F-1302, F Wing, Goodwill Paradise, Sector 15, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai 410210. 

  RIC: Mr. Vishal, Please update society's record, as necessary.

5)      Lastly we shall deal with the receipts, billable area issues & other petty matters separately & arrange to forward payment receipt / new bills to you, as generated / requested.

6)      We sincerely request you to respond to our earlier emails, which shall be of great help to present MC, in resolving esteemed member’s old pending issues. We shall be re-sending these emails separately to you soon. Your response on the same shall be highly appreciated.

Dear Chair Person/ Secretary 

I did not receive my hard copy maintenance bill for plot no 21 due to wrong address posting done by society office manager. Later I shared again my correct address with you.  

I am grateful to Madam Chair Person for sharing my plot no 21 maintenance bill of Rs 2/ through e mail reply.  I paid my bill amount of Rs2/ on 28 April 2021 through NEFT to Sahyadri Society bank account in Bharat Bank vide transaction ref no 101716996 from my ICICI bank A/C no 623901261749.

I am also attaching the transaction information for issuing me the receipt with a request to send me the soft copy to this mail address.

I will be grateful if my original bills and receipt for my payment are sent to my address shared with you for my records and also as a confirmation of my address correction with society.
