As discussed in AGM, I am sending a scanned copy of my share certificate of the Sahyadri Society. Kindly confirm that no other document submission is pending from my side.

My nomination is in the name of Mrs.Sunila Shiroor - my wife. She has expired last year and hence I need to change the nomination. Kindly send appropriate form so that I can send fresh nomination.
