Minutes of MCM and Pending Dues

Greetings,

The SCHS monthly MC meeting was held on 18 July 2021 at 10:50 am. Please find attached the minutes of the meeting for your kind perusal. 

As per the discussion in the SCHS monthly MC meeting, the MC has decided to collect all maintenance charges with interest from society members. Up till now, only 4 major members of our society are yet to pay the maintenance charges. MC has requested them to pay their unpaid dues immediately. Please consider this as a reminder.

Members -

1) Plot 14: Mr. H.P.Rammohan - Rs. 4,80,835=00

2) Plot 18: Mr. Vipin Kumar Tyagi - Rs 5,03,533=00

3) Plot 22: Mrs. Jyoti Vinayak Joshi - Rs. 3,24,926=00

4) Plot 43: Mr. Sadashiv D Harale - Rs 4,73,392=00

Please note, the above mentioned amount is up to the 31st of May, 2021.

As on 1st April 2021, the members’ dues were Rs. 48,25,736=00 out of this Rs. 30,43,032=00 were collected up to 23rd July 2021 and the total balance amount to be collected as on 23rd July 2021 is Rs. 17,82,704=00. 

If pending amount Rs. 17,82,704=00  is collected, then the maintenance charges will be revised for the current year (01.04.2021 – 31.03.2022).

The file of documents for each member must be complete, including allotment letter, share certificate, and any other required form/docs. For this, the list of missing and necessary docs are attached herewith for all members and must submit the docs to maintain and complete the society record before 15th August 2021. Please send your documents by speed post to the secretary's (Dr. G Wankhede) address provided below.

NOTE; Allotment letters and share certificates should also be issued to the respective members who are not having them.

Also, please check and provide the correct contact details in the attachment of the mail. 

We have decided to have AGM on 29 August 2021. Venue and time with agenda will be updated.
