Dear Chair Person,

Thank you for your mail acknowledging the receipt of maintenance charges payment for plot no 21. Appreciate your special initiatives in pursuing the members to clear the dues and successfully getting most of the dues from the members. I do not have any additional information with me and all the details are left in the office/ recorded in MC minutes. How ever  if any particular  help is needed I will try my best as more than two years passed after  I relinquished my position.  With best regards.
