I have just reserved our name on the web. http://sahri.org will take you to our BLOG until we have a website up and running. I am in the process of actually forming the organization with the State of NJ.
Dr. Amorosa is looking for a person or two to help him with existing data and a new project he has in mind. Please contact him directly.

People of SAHRI

I just want to recap a couple of meetings I had today. One with Dr. Kovvali, a researcher in GI department - He is interested in carcinogenesis and basic science. He is also interested in research methodology etc. I am hoping that he will educate us on those topics.

I also met with Dr. Amorosa - We talked about a few things. He informed me that he has a few ideas about diabetes/metabolic syndrome that he is looking for someone to work on. This will be a great opportunity for those interested in research.

Research Database

I have been working on the wiki database (http://sahri.pbwiki.com) and I think I am getting somewhere with this. Please visit the Prostate Cancer as the template of what I think it should look like.

Action Items for you:

1. Please visit our websites (specially the pbwiki). Please let me know how we can improve the database.

2. If you are ready to contribute, let me know. I think we can start putting up the data and reviewing the literature.
