looking for some information about implicit Waitforpageload

Hi,

I just got to know about this tool...
So currently i am analyzing will this tool can help me out for
automation of my web application

One of problem in automation is to wait for next page to load
completely
So do we have implicit wait for page load function...Which will take
care of page loading time...
or do we have implemented this functionality internally..

Please help me out
