ಭವಿಷ್ಯ ಎಂಬ ಪದ  

ನನ್ನ ನಾಲಗೆಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಬೀಳುವ

ಮೊದಲೇ  

ಅದರ ಮೊದಲಕ್ಷರ

ಭೂತಕ್ಕೆ ಜಾರಿಹೋಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ  

ಮೌನ ಎಂದು ನಾನು

ಉಚ್ಚರಿಸುತ್ತ ಇರುವಾಗಲೇ  

ಅದನ್ನು ಕೊಂಚ ಕೊಂಚವೇ

ಕೊಲ್ಲುತ್ತಾ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೇನೆ

ಶೂನ್ಯ

ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗಲೇ

ಬೊಗಸೆಯಲ್ಲಿ

ಹಿಡಿಯಲಾರದ ಭಾವವೊಂದು  

ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಮೂಡಿಬಿಡುತ್ತದೆ
