Hi Dominic,

The Sahana-L10N is certainly an important project for Sahana and I
consider it on par with SahanaPy and Sahana(PHP). I have not know
anyone to think otherwise. However I do understand your logic on
HFOSS-L10 and it does make sense, but would like to ensure that the
results of this work always make their way into the Sahana code base
and that there will always be some support for a Sahana disaster
response effort.

Please let us know specifically what steps we can take to better
ensure this and make the job of the translators easier. I am sure we
can work on a policy to give committer access to the leading
translators if that is what is required.
