Arabic translation have problem with UTF-8

Hi, I am new to Sahana and I just had a look at arabic translation published for it. I'm running the application on windows XP, with IE8 and Firefox.

In the po. file in ar_EG package, the charset is set to UTF-8, but after installing the new language and opening the websit, it is necessary to change character encoding to Arabic(windows) in order to see right characters.

I also changed the folder name to ar_EG.UTF-8 and reinstalled the language; but it didnt help.

They say poedit is compatible with unicode but there must be a problem there.

Is there really any language pack, which works properly with unicode encoding under browsers?
