Dear All,
All events (Yuva and Other events including State events) planned must give adequate notice to all concerned and the Trust.
This implies a minimum of at least two to three months notice for all concerned to be able to participate meaningfully and not just 20 days or so as is the case for this Yuva event. Moreover all events must be so planned that they are generally self sustaining. We have seen that you are already planning on these lines for the current tour.
Please forward your programme for Yuvas for the whole year including budgetary aspects so that it can be cleared by the the Trust before detailed planning is resorted to at your end.
The same is applicable to all States as well. Holding events at short notice should not become a norm when instructions regarding regarding Annual Action Plan by the States already exist in the Rules and Regulations of the Trust December 2006.
Those states who are involved in the current South India tour of Yuvas may contribute to monetarily support the event, if desired.
The Trust currently has a major commitment in view of Nargol land allotment and the expenses involved in developing this project for which, by the GRACE of our Divine Mother, special appeal for funds will be issued shortly.
We hope you will appreciate and understand our constraints and concerns presently. Jai Shri Mataji

First of all heartfelt appreciation to pull this together by coordinating with 3 state coordinators. Please let us know the following
1. What is the estimated total budget of this trip ?
2. How much of total budget will be contributed by participating yuvas ?
3. How much each of the 3 states contributing to this budget ? I remember Brahmchari ji and Jayalakshmi ji both telling me that they would financially support such trip.
4. What is the estimated gap, if any . that may need support from National Trust ?
Kindly confirm at earliest so the approval from National Trust can be sought at earliest and we can proceed with organizing the same

Dear Nischal Bhayya,
By the grace of our Divine Mother, we planned for NSYS South Indian Self Realization programme from 1st April 2015 to 6th April 2015 in three South Indian states : Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Karnataka.
(Kerala and Tamil Nadu we will conduct same time or later).
The tour will begin from Hyderabad (Telangana State) on 1st April 2015 at 7 AM and will end at Dharward (Karnataka State) on 5th April. From Dharwad we will start our return journey at 8PM on 5th April to Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh. We would all travel in a 49 seater Semi-sleeper multi axle bus during the tour.
This trip has been planned geographically. The same has been communicated to the
respective state coordinators.
Programme plan is as follows:
Day -1 Telangana State (April -01 Wednesday)
Khammam District
Morning 10 AM to evening 6PM : Sahaja Spreading- Public programme will be on 2nd /3rd April
Evening Travel to Guntur ; 156 KM ; approximate 3 to 3.30 hours journey
Day-2 Andrapradesh state (April-02 Thursday –Maundy Thursday )
Guntur District :
Morning 8 am to 3.30Pm : Sahaja Spreading – Evening 5pm to 7pm Public programme
Night Travel to Anatapur District ; 446 KM Approximate ; 8 to 9 Hours journey
Day-3 Andrapradesh State (April-03 Friday- Good Friday)
Anathapur District:
Morning 8 am to 3.30pm : Sahaja Spreading- Evening Public Programme,
Same day Planning to cover Kurnool District also
Night Travel to Bangalore ; 215 KM Approximate ; 3.30 to 4 Hours journey
Day- 4 Karnataka State (April-04 Saturday)
Bangalore District:
Morning 8 am to 3.30 pm : Sahaja works and Evening : Bangalore centre
Night Travel to Darward District ; 424 KM Approximate ; 9 to 10 Hours journey
Day-5 Karnataka (April 05 Sunday- Easter)
Dharwad District:
Morning 8 am to 3.30pm Sahaja Spreading- Evening Public Programme 5 to 7pm
Night Return to Kurnool District , Andrapradesh ; 407 KM
The schedule is almost finalised as mentioned above. However, in case of any further changes, we will communicate accordingly.
