Git migration

Hi there,

Due to the decommissioning of Mercurial support on BitBucket, I've migrated the repository to Git.

The URL of the repository stays the same and most of the repository contents, code, Wiki, and

issues, are imported to the new repository. However, release binaries/tar balls are not migrated.

Please let me know if you have any specific dependency of the release version and it needs to be

restored.
