Conversion number field polynomial->PARI (#11904)

Hello,

I have a ticket which is already waiting a long time for review and
which I think is relevant to the workshop.

Ticket #11904 deals with the conversion of polynomials over number
fields to PARI. Currently, this simply cannot be done in Sage. The
issue is with PARI's variable priorities. The patch fixes this by using
the variable "y" instead of "x" by default for PARI number field elements.

With my patch, conversion works for absolute number fields if the
polynomial variable is called "x". So, this patch certainly does not
fix all issues, it just improves on the existing behaviour.
