Reimbursement

Everyone who is being reimbursed for travel needs to submit receipts
***before the middle of January***. This is a hard requirement coming
from the conditions on our grant and we cannot guarantee reimbursement
unless the paperwork is in by then.

You can actually submit the paperwork before you go (I believe you can
add taxi fares etc., that you haven't yet incurred so long as you have
a receipt for the inward journey to show how much it is likely to be).

You don't need to submit any paperwork for accommodation of course, as
this has been paid directly (there are one or two exceptions where we
have agreed to pay for accommodation in Coventry instead of on
campus).

Please ensure that you have receipts for all of the major costs you
are claiming. Unfortunately we cannot reimburse any food or per diem
costs you incurred.
