Hi,

2. There is a list of projects here: http://wiki.sagemath.org/days29/projects

3. I updated the schedule so the talk each day starts at 10am:

4. Also, I scheduled the extra talks -- Michael Droettboom (Porting to
Python 3) on Wednesday (since he leaves Thursday), and the other two
on Thursday afternoon, right after lunch.
