DO NOT USE GOOGLE CHROME TO EDIT THE WIKI !!!!!!!

We have been having major problems with chrome accidentally deleting
pages when we update a wiki page! Use Firefox instead! You've been
warned. (Sorry I didn't send this out earlier, John!)

Also, note that you *can* easily recover a deleted wiki page, as I
illustrated during status reports.

Also, I have heard a report that this delete bug happens also in
Firefox. I only use Chrome so I haven't verified that.

P.S. It certainly happens in Internet Explorer (as illustrated this
morning), so it's not just the Chrome problem...

I did lose a page but William showed me how to recover it -- although
when I asked for that page I got the message about creating a new
page, as though the system had no memory that I had already created
it, in fact the history was there and I could see all the version I
had edited and revert to the last one of those. So I did *not* lose
any work.

It does not seem to be a Chrome issue at all.

Hi,

Has *anybody* had any trouble with pages getting accidentally deleted
from http://wiki.sagemath.org during the last 3-4 days? We made a
change that might
have fixed the problem.
