Yep, this *is* number theory.

By the way, now is a good time to start the Sage Days 15 project page.
I've listed you here:

Anybody who will virtually participate (e.g., Alex Ghitza), please
also add their projects. I want to make an extra effort this time
around to make virtual involvement with Sage Days 15 easier. At a
minimum, I'll post video from talks promptly.

Does anybody know how to live streaming video broadcasts? I.e.,
something like Skype, but where arbitrarily many people can view the
video live all at once? If so, we could setup a laptop like that and
have it broadcast live all the Sage Days talks on Saturday/Sunday.
