Sage 7.1 Windows 8.1 Cygwin make error

I'm trying to install Sage on Windows 8.1/Cygwin.
I'm getting the following error after make command (found in mpfr-3.1.4.log):

This is fixed by http://trac.sagemath.org/ticket/20380, and the issue is also fixed upstream.

However this is not the only open issue with building Sage on Cygwin, currently. I'm working on the other issues as well.
