Whenever I execute the command: sage -i database_odlyzko_zeta in my WSL terminal, I get an error:
make: *** No rule to make target 'all-toolchain'. Stop.
I'm on sage version 9.5 running on Windows 10 through WSL. I use a Ryzen 5 5500
Sage seems to be functioning well otherwise, but I haven't been able to resolve this particular error. AI assistants have been of no help.

The instructions on https://doc.sagemath.org are referring to Sage
version 10.6. Sage 9.5 you're using probably comes as an Ubuntu
package,
is quite outdated, and AFAIK, no "sage -i" command would work with
it. Perhaps there is an Ubuntu package where
database_odlyzko_zeta is included.
If not, your best bet might be to install a newer version of Sage from source:
