Is SageMathCloud reasonably usable from China?

I will soon be teaching a course on differential equations in Nanjing. If I understand correctly, all the SageMathCloud servers are in Washington State. Does anyone know whether the cloud will work in a reasonably responsive way if you try to use it from China?

I don't know, but about the locaion: they are at the campus of the university of washington and google's us-central1-a datacenter.
