Mathematica: HurwitzZeta[0, x] = 1/2 - x
Maple: Zeta(0, 0, x) = -x + 1/2
Sage 9.2: hurwitz_zeta(0, x) = hurwitz_zeta(0, x)
--- this is OK:
Mathematica: HurwitzZeta[0, 1] = -1/2
Maple: Zeta(0, 0, 1) = -1/2
Sage 9.2: hurwitz_zeta(0, 1) = -1/2
