how to build non-convex polyhedra?

I looked at the combo geometry module but it only supports convex polyhedra.

I have a region defined by the graphics polygon() function.  It allows to create a non-convex polygon by a list of vertices.

I then want to build a cylinder with that polygon as base.  Is there an easy way to do that?
