After seeing the message "Pytest is not installed, skip checking tests that rely on it" a number of times, I decided to install it. There were two files with resulting doctest failures:

sage -t --long --warn-long 131.5 --random-seed=0 src/sage/doctest/test.py  # 7 doctests failed
sage -t --long --warn-long 131.5 --random-seed=0 src/sage/tests/cmdline.py  # 2 doctests failed

I think these are all because the return value from a process is nonzero; for example

On my mac book pro with Intel Core, and OS 11.3, it compiled from the first built. But
make ptestlong and testlong both failed.
